I am running a homestay for students , for more than 5 years now .I think it's interesting and exciting to host newcomers or students from other countries .

Philippines is my country of origin and I’ll go and visit Philippines almost every year.

We are very welcoming and compassionate people....easy to get along with,understanding ,very giving,caring and loving people.

We don't set ANY rules in our house ,AS LONG AS WE RESPECT each other PRIVACY.
We have available ROOM for FEMALE now.

We don’t provide meals because I’m currently working long -12 hours a day 5 -6 days a week and no chance for me to cook.You can buy and cook your own food.
We Provide all the appliances in the kitchen;Stove, Microwave, fridge, and all kitchen wares, utensils for cooking, Pots and Pans,Plates etc etc are all FREE of USE.

There’s no HIDDEN FEES, all inclusive in the rent.
Heating, Electricity and Wifi is Free.

Our house is located on Cote des Neiges Area .
The Bus stop going to Downtown area , schools and universities is very close, 3 - minutes walk and 12 minutes to Metro.
The Big Mall , Grocery stores, Fast food, restaurants
All kinds of stores are nearby 3-5 minutes walk only.
