I am running a homestay for students , for more than 5 years now .I think it's interesting and exciting to host newcomers or students from other countries .

Philippines is my country of origin and I’ll go and visit Philippines almost every year.

We are very welcoming and compassionate people....easy to get along with,understanding ,very giving,caring and loving people.
We are very strict about orderly and Cleanliness in the kitchen and bathrooms .
Always Clean up after used the bathroom room and kitchen .
We don't set any rules, as long as ..WE RESPECT EACH OTHERS PRIVACY.
And PLEASE Observe SILENCE and CLEANLINESS both inside your room and outside!

We don’t provide meals because I’m currently working long -12 hours a day 5 -6 days a week and no chance for me to cook.You can buy and cook your own food.
We Provide all the appliances in the kitchen;Stove, Microwave, fridge, and all kitchen wares, utensils for cooking, Pots and Pans,Plates etc etc are all FREE of USE.

Washer and dryer is inside the apartment.
There’s no HIDDEN FEES,
Heating and Electricity is included in the rent.
Buy your own Food, Bathroom toiletries and other Personal stuff .

It’s a 3 Bedrooms CONDO, located near Cote des neiges area ,
Victoria Street and 2 -3 minutes walk to Metro Station Plamondon.
Bus Stops nearby and Stores , Restaurants, Groceries are all walking distance.
