Hello, we have a room perfect for a student. We want to share our house with a student who will stay for a couple of months... My partner and I live in a big house. We are both 30 years old and working full time. I can work from home or at the office. We have 2 female cats. We speak french, english and I speak a little spanish.We are looking for someone who's nice, open minded and respectfull...just like us! :) We want to live with someone clean and able to cook and take care of him/herself. I share all my kitchen stuff with you and also the laundry machine. The price is full inclusive. The house is really close to all sorts of commodities (restaurants, grocery stores, banks, bakery, drug stores and more) and from a subway station (3 minutes walk). The house is close to downtown Montreal ( 15 minutes by subway ). My house is full of light and always clean. I also have a very quiet backyard with a pool.

I'm looking to rent the bedroom on the first floor. It's a small bedroom with a single bed, a desk, a miror and places to put your stuff. The bathroom is on the first floor and it's not direclty in the bedroom. It is shared with the family.

My bedroom is in the basement and I have my own bathroom.

Bonjour, nous avons une chambre parfaite pour un.e étudiant.e. Nous sommes un jeune couple qui s'aimons. Nous travaillons tous les deux à temps plein, parfois de la maison et parfois au bureau. Je souhaites partager ma maison avec un(e) étudiant(e) qui va rester pour une longue période de temps. Je parle le français mais je peux également parler anglais et un peu l'espagnol. Je recherche quelqu'un de gentil, ouvert d'esprit et respectueux tout comme moi ! Je veux vivre avec quelqu'un de propre et qui sais prendre soin de sa personne et qui cuisine pour elle-même. La maison est lumineuse et toujours bien entretenue. Elle est située près de toutes sorte de commodités et très proche d'une station de métro ( 3 minutes de marche ). La maison est située près du Centre ville ( 15 minutes en métro ). J'ai aussi une cour arrière très tranquille et une piscine.

Je cherche aussi a louer la chambre qui est situé au rendez de chaussée. Il y a un bureau et un lit simple. De plus, il y a une commode, un miroir et un garde robe. La salle de bain est partagée avec les hôtes de la maison lorsqu'ils sont au rendez de chaussée. Elle n'est pas attenante à la chambre.

J'ai ma chambre dans le sous-sol et j'ai ma propre salle de bain.
