Hello everyone,

Nice too meet you! I will try to answer all of your questions :) the best I can!!!

First of all ,I would like to discribe you a little bit the house and our family.In the house are 2 appartements ,each of them with 3 rooms,a kitchen ,a living room and a bathroom.The guests live above our apartement ,so NOT with us:).The apartment is brand new,recently renovated and VERY clean.We prefer not the rent it,and when we do it ,we do it only to people that we can trust:-)


The metro station is really close to our house,you are there in 5 minutes walking.I go to work with the metro because I don't like to stay in traffic :(.The pass for one month is 83,50 $,and you can use the metro and the bus how many times you
All our students are very nice and well educated peoples that came here to study,so you don't need to worry about them.I am a teacher of MAths and Informatics for adultes students.All the students are very well educated,quiet ,we have some rules in the house,the guest and us, of course ,we don't make noise after 9PM,for exemple,we try to respect the others ,clean the kitchen after using etc,like we are in our house non?:)



1.2 Room 2, is 650CAD / month ,double bed and wardrobe in the wall also,nice and cozy :)

1.3 Room 3 ,is 550CAD / month ,single bed ,warderobe in the wall also,single bed,but NICE and cozy :)


So,there are not extra fees! We are not doing this for the money only,but we like very much the students from other countries:)

We are a nice family that likes to make friends from all over the world ! We had guests from Bresil, Belgique,
Switzerland,France,Japon...

The main rules of our house: shower between 7AM and 9hPM,do not disturb(speek loudly etc) after 9PM
Note:les clients font leur lessive, utilisent une machine à laver sur place et se procure leur propre détergent.
