Homestay in Montreal, Canada
Hello. We are looking for students that would like to rent a great space near snowdon metro (close to all schools and universities) 10 minutes away from downtown Montreal. We have just renovated the whole upper floor. There are 4 rooms available, each with a bed, desk, chair and dresser/closet. The apartment has a new bathroom, new kitchen (shared) and comes fully furnished with a washer and dryer for your laundry. Internet is included as is heat and electricity. We do not furnish meals but have a very large fridge at your disposal and a stove. We are looking for mature students, non-smokers, we speak English, French and Spanish. I come from Cuba. My wife and 2 daughters also love meeting new people from all over the world. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet and we are close to many shops, banks, pharmacy, etc.Every room have a lock on the door. If you need anything we are right downstairs.
