Hello, Bonjour, Hola, Buongiorno:
I'm looking for a FEMALE STUDENT to share my condo with. I have welcomed Canadian and international students for over 10 years, in particular those from Japan, Mexico, South Korea and Brazil. I speak, English, French, Spanish and basic Italian and have hosted students who want to learn/improve English and French. I have a certificate in TESL from Concordia and have taught English to adults and business professionals.
Your room is well-lit and spacious. The decor of the room is a little exotic and is furnished with a desk, dresser, bookcase, bed, three lamps and a good-sized cupboard. My home is quiet and well-located: a 10 minute walk to Vendome metro and the 24 Sherbrooke bus. The neighbourhood is a delightful mix of languages and cultures with many cafés, shops, libraries &bookstores, a nice park and a great sports & community centre. Wi-Fi available in the apartment. I like roommates that are tidy, considerate and treat my home with respect while feeling comfortable.
